Haliza A. Hamid is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in human resources, training and facilitation, commercial operations, information technology, corporate communication, and people management.
She specializes in Learning & Development, having successfully designed and implemented a wide range of HR programs, including competency frameworks, succession planning, competency-based Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and learning effectiveness evaluations.
