Haliza A. Hamid is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in human resources, training and facilitation, commercial operations, information technology, corporate communication, and people management.
She specializes in Learning & Development, having successfully designed and implemented a wide range of HR programs, including competency frameworks, succession planning, competency-based Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and learning effectiveness evaluations. Her strong command of HRDF policies and hands-on experience in managing HRDF funds and training budgets make her a valuable asset to any organization.
Haliza is also highly skilled in using personal and leadership development tools such as HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) and other talent management frameworks. Her training style is known for being highly engaging, interactive, and results-driven, incorporating games, role plays, and dynamic activities to create a fun and effective learning environment.
