  • NLP strategies which different personalities use to handle stress

  • Determine your listening skills as a colleague / manager
  • Results-driven tactics to cut down on misunderstandings at work
  • Traits of an effective communicator: the NLP empathic mindset
  • Elements of questioning that you can use to understand someone better
  • Objectives: what do you want to achieve in your conversation with that person?
  • Hands-on group activities and fun role-plays

Day Two

  • Apply psychological strategies in finding out the root causes
  • Link the way you see a problem with the solutions you can think of
  • Validate your solutions’ efficacy using mental-filter techniques
  • Investigate the problem from many different angles
  • NLP tools to solve work challenges as a team

  • Deal with under-performing staff at the workplace
  • Rectify common mistakes we make when counselling someone
  • Tactics to gain someone’s willing cooperation to complete a task
  • Encourage a stressed team-mate to open up about what’s troubling him/her
