Introduction

  • In an increasingly globalized workplace, workers need to speak English with confidence at every level. This program is designed for those who already have a very basic knowledge of English but lack the confidence and opportunity to use it on a daily basis. By employing the tools found in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing), you will tap into areas of your mind that can help you accelerate your learning process in this program.

Day 1

  • This first session will help you overcome any nervousness you might have when you attempt to speak English at your workplace. Most of thetime, it is not a lack of knowledge but of self-confidence that hinders aperson from improving oneself. This session will cover:How Jack Ma taught himself to speak English

    1. How NLP can help you overcome nervousness and limiting mindsets

     

  • The safest place to start speaking English more is among friends. When you are surrounded by friends who are just like you, you will dare toovercome your present limitations. In this afternoon session, you will:Experience group discussions on various topics in EnglishEnjoy interesting and fun role-plays in front of the class

    Express your ideas in English through group presentations

Day 2

  • We start off Day 2 with individual opportunities for improvement. The preceding session focused on speaking in and as a group, whereas inIn this session, participants will be conversing in English as individuals.We will cover:Mock interviews where you will converse one-on-one with the trainer

    Impromptu everyday work and life situations that require a participant to respond and speak in English

    Scenarios where you will be alone and need to express yourself in English

  • After tasting English conversations in the class, it is time for you to ‘go out there’. This is the ultimate challenge where you not only get to use what you have learned but also to test your new-found confidence. In this last segment, you will: Approach strangers and converse with them in EnglishLearn how to think on-the-spot and respond to real situationsOvercome real-life nervousness and speak English confidently!
