INTRODUCTION
Every employee will walk through the same employment life cycle in their work life. This cycle is called “hire-> inspire -> admire-> retire”. Every stage has to be managed well from the perspective of both employee and the employer. However throughout this cycle, the superiors (employee who has direct report or a team reporting to them), play the most important role as management representative and the voice of employee. In order to carry out these tasks well, the superior must be equipped with HR knowledge and skills.
This program will focus on effective human resource management skills for Non-Human Resource professionals. It will leave the participants with the latest human resource strategies on effectively managing the human resources in the organization and their respective departments.
