LSP 001 – Unlocking Employee Potential for Meteoric Growth Using LSP, 19 & 20 January 2026

January 19, 2026 @ 8:00 am - January 20, 2026 @ 5:00 pm

About Course

Most organisations must thrive in environments characterised by uncertainty and unpredictability due to constant technological, social, political, and economic changes. As a result, they often find themselves in dynamic contexts that demand continuous adaptation. In such environments, effective leadership is essential to guide the organisation through changes that may be difficult to navigate. Organisations must adapt and transform their practices in order to sustain their success—if not their survival. This requires more than mere incremental modifications to their strategies; it calls for deeper, more comprehensive methods of adaptation.

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method is one such approach. It facilitates thinking, communication, and problem-solving within a group. It is widely used in team-building exercises and is crucial in unlocking the potential for significant growth in employees and organisations. The method is grounded in four core values: communication, problem-solving and decision-making, adaptability and succession planning, and trust-building. The goal is to introduce a new approach to developing high-performance teams—one that combines “hard fun” with meaningful challenges—while strengthening teamwork skills that enhance employee performance and support organisational transformation.
