About Course

This training is suitable for all chemical handlers where participants will be provided with a very comprehensive explanation on all aspects related with safety in chemical handling, starting from receiving chemical for operational use until final disposal of chemical waste.

Based on the USECHH Regulations, it is mandatory for every organization to conduct chemical safety training for all chemical handlers at least once in every 2 years.

To provide knowledge on Malaysian legal requirements related with chemical handling
To provide knowledge on a proper method for chemical handling, storage and labeling.
To provide understanding on health effect due to exposure to chemicals
To provide knowledge on the required protective measures for chemical handling (such as PPE)
To provide knowledge on chemical emergency response pla
