About Course

“Utamakan Keselamatan” or “Safety First” is a slogan installed at most of premises, this training enhance on common issue pertaining Safety and Health at work. Our aim is to prevent any incident at workplace thus to ensure everybody working is safe and healthy manner.

What Will You Learn?

  • Understand OSHA 1994 and its requirement.
  • Identify hazards at workplace.
  • Understand risk at work.
  • Able to control hazards at workplace.
  • Develop efficient and safe operating procedures that reduce accidents and incidents.
  • Use inspections to identify safety and health hazards at the workplace and correct and correct them.

  • MODULE 5: ERGONOMIC AND MANUAL HANDLING
