About Course
Quality is a collective effort. Give your expertise a boost in the principles and practices of quality improvement. This will include quality control, quality management for suppliers, and quality control of processes as well as final inspections. QA/QC operational activities like equipment efficiency assessments, accuracy of measurements, handling customer queries and complaints, mitigating quality issues, and actual experience in the development of quality professionally will be debated and disseminated to all staff.
