Most organisations must thrive in an environment characterized by uncertainty and unpredictability as a result of constant technological, social, political and economic changes.  Organisations thus find themselves in dynamic contexts which demand constant adaption.  In such environment, effective leadership is necessary to guide the organization through changes that are likely to become difficult for the organization.  They must adapt to the changes and transform their practices in order to sustain their success if not survive.  As such they need more than mere incremental modifications to their strategy to their strategy but a more in depth method to adapt to the changes.

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method facilitates thinking, communication and problem solving within a group.  The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method is a method in teambuilding exercises which is crucial in unlocking the potential for meteoric growth in employees and/or organization.  The four core values of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method are communication, problem solving and/ or decision making, adaptability  and/or succession planning and building trust.  The idea is to experience a new approach in building high performance teams that consist of both “hard” fun and challenging and as well as building teamwork skills that can help improve employee performances and adapt to the transformation.
