About Course

The ‘Sexual harassment and bully prevention at work place’ training aims to enhance participants general understanding of workplace sexual harassment. Participants gain a deeper awareness of the nature and prevalence of workplace sexual harassment or bullies and how they can implement strategies to prevent workplace sexual harassment and be an effective bystander.

What Will You Learn?

  • At the end of the course participants will be able to:
  • – Identify the types and effects of sexual harassment.
  • – Identify the roles of the bystander and leadership for effective harassment prevention.
  • – Determine the scope of the problem and barriers to reporting incidents of sexual harassment.
  • – Understand your rights as a person and as a employee or employer by the law
  • – Take rightful action to stop and prevent sexual harassment and bully.
