INTRODUCTION

Every organization requires tools to define and measure progress towards their goals. The implementation of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) is essential to drive business success. KPIs are used to measure business health (both financial and non-financial aspect). KPIs also ensure that individuals at every level of the organization are working towards the same goals and strategies.

This practical workshop is designed to help managers and executives to design, develop and implement winning KPIs during working from home situations.

Objective

Define KPI and various terms used in KPI discussion – KRAs, KRIs and CSFs
Describe Strategic Alignment Pyramid and Strategy Map and Strategy Canvas (common tools used for strategy development)
Describe Customer-Supplier Relationship Matrix and define IFR for each customer and identify gaps against current performance
Identify improvement opportunity to be KPIed and application of SMART attributes in the development of KPI
Implement winning KPI and develop appropriate progress monitoring and reporting system for KPIs developed

Describe reasons why KPI failed and how to address them proactively

Know how your performance contributes to the success of the organization
Be familiar with the different components of the PMS
Practice on how to use Performance appraisal Form (Sample Form)
