She is a specialist when it comes to ensuring skills and knowledge relevant to improving communication skills and personal competitiveness and performance hence increasing productivity at the workplace.
She is a HRDC Certified Trainer under their Train the Trainer programme. She has developed and presented the Executive Development Programme modules on English Language for HRDC and their partners who undertake the Graduate Training Scheme project ever since it was launched in 2004 until today.
She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Associates of Business Executives, United Kingdom as well as a Diploma in TESOL (Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages) from London Teachers & Trainers College, United Kingdom. She obtained a Certificate in translation from the National Institute of Translation Malaysia. Over the years, her streetwise experiences had given her the communication skills knowledge that is so invaluable in her training programmes. She is currently pursuing her MBA with Southern Queensland University, Australia.
When she was only 21 during her employment at Citibank, as a Customer Service Personnel, she took up the challenge of starting a project on Quality Assurance. Quality Assurance now, is a Department. She was able to learn the complexity of organizational performance standards and broke it down onto people tasks.
Her excellent interpersonal skills, profound industry knowledge, simple manner and integrity makes her a preferred choice, of many local training providers such as National Productivity Corporation, Human Resource Development Corporation just to name a few
