Holding a Master‘s Degree in Corporate Communication, she is a Certified Image consultant by Emage Style Consultancy as well as a Certified Trainer by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (P.S.M.B). She is also an associate member of Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and was appointed as a Mayfair Gorgeous Mission Ambassador 2012.
Her passion is personal development especially in Image Management and communication. Her ability to engage, deliver and impart knowledge to her audience is an experience not to be missed!

She just completed the live tutorial classes in United Kingdom and very soon she will receive another certification as a Style Coach™ from London Style Coaching Institute. She appears in several broadcasting and printed media such as Harian Metro, Majalah Wanita, Majalah Rapi, TV Al-Hijrah, Wanita Hari Ini, Radio Bernama and many more.
Having over a decade of working experience in Corporate Communication and Marketing and Sales Division with a Government-Owned Company (G.O.C) in a housing development industry has provided her countless experiences and exposures on how to manage people in the company, meet customers‘ expectation, handle and satisfy various levels of stake-holders.
She has in-depth knowledge in etiquettes and protocols from successfully organizing and managing hundreds of company and corporate events for various government departments and ministries notably the Prime Minister’s Department, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Housing and Local Governments and many State Governments.
Throughout her career, she establishes an excellent working relationship with members of local media namely Bernama, Kumpulan Utusan, NSTP group of companies and Media Prima. She has proven herself to be warm and approachable hence can get along very well with people from all walks of life.
She also has experience in conducting Corporate Induction Programmes and series of trainings in customer Service and Grooming.
