About Raymond
He is a Certified Training Facilitator by the Asian Experiential Educational Alliance (AEEA), Australia. He trains new trainers and facilitators. He also holds a Workplace Training (Category 1) certificate by the Department of Education Training and Employment, Australia.
Raymond Foong’s foundation is in mechanical engineering and holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Bath, UK. He also holds a diploma in management from MIM, a diploma in Information Technology from Informatics and a certificate in Quality Control from City & Guilds, London. He is also a certified Lead Assessor by the International Quality Consultant, UK. He is also a graduate of Mastery University.
Raymond has assisted many companies in setting up and implementing the 5S house keeping. He has hands-on experience in organizing the 5S in his previous company which is manufacturing steel office furniture in Bukit Raja, Klang. Companies that has benefited from Raymond’s training and coaching includes Empress hotel, Lion Steelworks, Hamay Glass, Citihome, Tat Leong Coffee, GM Corporation, Maltecorp, Shiroshi Plastics, Universal Building Products, C & G Fabricators, Grand Pacific hotel, Vesuvius Malaysia, JJW Agency and etc. With that 5S status, companies has benefited through higher productivity, better quality standards, lower accident rates and higher performances.
Raymond Foong has been working for more than 23 years. His working career include the positions as an Asst. Process Engineer, Sr Production Executive, Technical manager, Asst QA Manager, Head of Companies, and Director to three companies, prior to become a full time Consultant and Trainer.
Due to his passion for sharing his knowledge and work experiences, participants have therefore found Mr. Foong’s courses interesting, practical and relevant to their working environment.
