Biography

He is a certified QMS Lead Auditor by IRCA. Eric is also an active trainer since his career as a top management, covering QMS/QS/TS requirements and auditing, project management, and quality improvement tools, lean production tools such as 5S, Core tools, Kanban, KAIZEN, Poka Yoke, QCC and etc.

The innovative mind, strong analytical skills, vast exposure and flexibility in handling human relation made him a popular consultant . His strength and ability in conducting training made the dry ISO subject an interesting topic.

Eric WOO has been in Project Development, Quality Assurance and Management System field for more than 9 years. His industrial experiences include electronics, metal, rubber and plastic product manufacturing in project development, machinery and jigs production design, product assembly, QA appliances and automotive industries.

During his early years as an Engineer, Eric had developed various set of metal casting products and plastic products. He is actively involved in quality management system development and continual improvement programs. He has hands on experience in developing ISO 9001, QS 9000, and ISO/TS 16949.

Furthermore, his valuable experiences in quality management system, he was also R&D manager and project development manager which he had gained extensive experiences in engineering, testing laboratory, as well as factory and workers management.

Eric is also contract as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor to a foreign based certification body and Quality Management System consultant; which he had helped his client to improve yield by 40%, on time delivery from <50% to >97%, customer rating from <40% to >80% within 6 months. In additional, he also assists clients in developing ISO 9001, QS 9000 and ISO/TS 16949, management system. Eric’s experiences covering plastics & rubber, chemical, construction, metal, services and other industries has enriched his technical and management knowledge that enable him to be an effective, practical and performance approach consultant and trainer.
