Introduction
This coaching programme equips the “internal-coach” with the necessary skills, competencies and knowledge required to effectively coach in their respective workplace.
While the programme is aimed at enhancing work-place performance through coaching, the “internal-coach” will also develop the role and experienced in assisting the staff to find clarify, purpose and commitment in their various personal capacities.
This programme also focuses on measuring and sustaining the effectiveness of coaching through building “buy-ins” and tools to help the coach and coached.
