Introduction
As Personal Assistants are the main link between a superior and a client, it is important for them to create an impression which will speak volumes about the organization. This course will take on a journey of English forms and functions to enable them to handle various situations which may surface during their encounters with visitors and also personnel from other departments. They will learn the appropriate structures to become communicatively competent in the use of the English Language at the workplace. Grammar will be taught in the context of each language function. Participants will be given ample opportunities to talk and participate in language activities to maximize their participation in the classroom.
