INTRODUCTION
Interviewing is simply getting information from another person. All of us use this skill every day. For managers, interviewing is about gathering useful information in every face-to-face encounter, from project planning meetings to client discussions to speaking with prospective employees. This module has been put together to help participants acquire the basic essential skills needed to carry out effective interviews and master every aspect of the interview process to ensure honest, helpful and result oriented answers. The programme would be conducted as a hands-on practical workshop with role-plays and group activities. Real-life interview situations would be used to enable participants to apply the knowledge and skills acquired immediately when they return to work.
