Introduction
Employees are hidden treasures. So if we did not use their total participation and involvement to help improve their own work areas, it is a waste of talent. Quality improvement, conducive and safe workplace, process improvement: these are small focused improvement where many organizations have found that their employees can contribute significantly. They also found ideas that generated internally by them have higher chance of success because of direct experience and ownership. Through participation and involvement too, employees felt respected, responsible and part of the solution.
Therefore 7QC tools is the avenue for us to develop them and extract in return benefits through this team improvement activity. We play an important t role to nurture and support their growth. We need to know what tools should be given to them to help with the improvement activities and we also need to know how to boost their interest in improving their own performance.
