- Improve interpersonal skills to be able to get along well with others

METHODOLOGY
Interactive lectures, group discussion, presentation, case studies, role plays and group activities (these activities can be done before, during or after the presentation of the topic)
1 DAY TRAINING CONTENT
Day One (9am - 5pm)
This module aims to expose participants to the concept, proses and principles of communication. The secrets for more clearer delivery and two-way communication will also be emphasized in this module
In this module, participants would be exposed on the importance of effective speaking which involves the words you choose, how you say them, and how you reinforce them with other non-verbal communication.
In this module, participants will learn about the types, function and characteristics of nonverbal communication. Effective body language techniques to connect with other people will be emphasize in this module.
In this module, participants will learn important tips on how to speak in public effectively and confidently. Strategies to build up confidence, attracting audience and managing nervousness will be taught so that they can deliver an effective presentation.
In this module, participants would learn about active listening strategies where it involves paying attention to the conversation, not interrupting, and taking the time to understand what the other person is discussing.
In this module, participants would learn negotiation tips based on The BRAIN concept which involve creating formal agreements between clients or helping colleagues solve a problem and determine a solution that satisfies everyone.
