INTRODUCTION
This is a 2-day training program for new managers, executives and junior managers. It is a highly interactive program with 5 individual activities and 1 group activity. The individual activities are aimed at self-realization and self development while the group activity is to develop creative problem solving. The training program comes with 3 motivational slide shows so that participants can go back to work motivated with a desire to improve themselves and their performances. It takes a psychological approach to manage people and use the management tools at the disposal of any manager.
