- Understand and the duties and responsibilities as auditor
- Understanding the concept of “Opening and Closing Meeting” during the implementation of audit
- Understanding the effectives techniques is asking audit question
- Understanding the “Body Language” of auditee during audit
- Understand the methods of writing audit reports accurately and informatively

- Understand the methods and types of audit findings
- Identify non-compliance and improvement in opportunities
- Understand the methods of non-compliance writing and effective and effective improvement opportunities
