Handling a Domestic Inquiry (D.I.) can be a nightmare to any organization. Due to the legal issues involved with regard to the rights of employees under the laws of Malaysia, it can be an expensive lesson to the organisation. Some of these laws have changed and it is necessary to keep in track with the current changes as to avoid embarrassment and expenses to the organisation.
