Introduction
BUSINESS WRITING AND CORRESPONDENCE is generally considered to be a tedious, time-consuming task which all professionals have to endure from time to time, without necessarily reaching a level of competence that meets with their own approval, let alone that of their boss. This need not to be the case.
Effective business writing and correspondence will be read, understood and used by people who receive them. The key to writing effective correspondences is ensure the intended meaning is understood in a simple and concise manner.
This module focuses on the learner-centred approach to training delivery and participants will be exposed to hands-on practical experience by actually making them conduct the activities themselves.
