Introduction
This course is specially designed to allow participants to start from basics and then eventually master the art of communicating in English at workplace. This is an important aspect in the process of career development for each individual. The art of getting your message across effectively is essential in any business.
In a normal workday, you may communicate with many people such as your clients, colleagues, suppliers etc. Therefore using a good command of English language is essential as it is much preferred by every working class.
This course is designed and focused on areas of written and basic grammar in English language related to the workplace. This includes the grammatical structures commonly used in speech, as well as expressions that have a symbolic meaning, and subjective areas of speech, such as style, level of formality, and communicative approach.
It shall help participants to feel more comfortable and confident when speaking one-on-one in person or by phone or in teleconferences, in business meetings, social gatherings, or challenging workplace situations.
