It is the quest for radically changing an organization’s processes, information systems and core business functions with the objective of improving its efficiency, product/service quality, profitability and competitive advantage.
This course teaches you how to initialize, translate, plan, analyze, redesign and implement business activities in your organization to meet the goals mentioned above. It highlights the need for understanding core business processes as those that really add value in the existing business mainstream. Subsequently the re-engineering strategies for those value added activities are then visited and analyzed for implementation.
