The workshop is about setting the stage for understanding and ensuring boilers are kept and managed optimally. Boilers, in most industries, from ships, to hotels, to manufacturing factories, use them. They are used primarily as a source for heating the systems and also as a source of power generation (through the use of steam, driving a turbine). The workshop will allow the participants to understand the equipment and to manage them efficiently.
Engineering Heads, Plant Managers, Plant and Maintenance Engineers, Plant Maintenance Supervisors (this could include Power utility company, Hotel Engineers).
1. Interactive – as a there will be exercises to do. If the training is in a hotel, permission is needed to do a visit to the boiler room and to allow for practical training at site.
2. Theoretical – requires the participants to have some maintenance background so as to allow them to absorb sections of the workshop
