This Stress Management Using LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) training offers a unique, hands-on approach to exploring and managing stress through creative play.
The LEGO® Serious Play® method is an innovative tool that encourages participants to express their thoughts, emotions, and stress triggers in a non-threatening, playful manner. By building models using LEGO bricks, participants visually communicate their experiences, identify stress factors, and explore coping mechanisms with clarity and depth.
