HRM 015 – Industrial Relation & Benefit Compensation, 15 October 2026

About Course

Starting on 1 January 2023, the Employment Act 1955 has been amended to come into effect. This amendment will have a big impact especially on employers. Amendments have also been made to Schedule 1 of the Act which causes the scope of the Act’s coverage of workers in Peninsular Malaysia to be wider. Therefore, human resource management policies and procedures also need to be updated.

As we all know, all employers need to study the Employment Act 1955 and its Regulations. For those who work in the Human Resources Department, it is also necessary to wisely implement this Act as an obligation demanded by the Law.
