Introduction

Stress is a prevalent issue in today’s fast-paced world, affecting individuals personally and professionally. This two-day course is designed to equip participants with practical tools and strategies to effectively manage stress. In
addition to stress management techniques, this course emphasizes the importance of prioritization, innovation and strong communications in reducing stress and achieving personal and professional success. Very often Stress is a slow build up. There are signals of stress and because important factors are missing to resolve these issues it will
compound and become a serious large problem. There are 2 effective ways to manage the build-up of stress and it is by using High EQ communications and Innovation.
