INTRODUCTION

Problem-solving is a skill that is required of every person in almost every aspect of life. People are constantly facing and solving problems. All problems become opportunities when resolved. Problem solving is a daily component of our personal and corporate lives. While many individuals already have substantial problem solving experience and some may even use an explicit problem solving process, this course is designed to explore experiential techniques in using some of the tools

  • Use creative thinking to solve problems.
